Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients
listening carefully, building trust, and helping them find the right time to connect with our team. You'll keep things organized, maintain clear communication with department leaders, and track performance using tools like Service Titan.
Daily responsibilities include:
Engaging with leads generated by the company to schedule appointments
Maintaining a daily log of sales activity and performance insights
Tracking team revenue recovery and reporting key data points
Communicating with department managers to identify service gaps and opportunities
Logging client feedback and flagging issues as needed
Staying in sync with the broader sales team while working independently
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
2+ years of cold calling experience
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working a full commission structure
Skilled in outbound phone work and basic computer use
A calm, professional presence with a true passion for people
