Account Executive - Memberships
The Account Executive, Memberships is responsible for driving ticket revenue through selling memberships, groups, and premium ticketing opportunities. This role drives strategic sales initiatives, fosters strong client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling efforts. The Account Executive, Memberships also collaborates across departments to align sales with organizational priorities, utilizes CRM and ticketing systems for performance tracking, and ensures smooth execution of sales initiatives on game days.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Drive new business and achieve sales goals through proactive outreach.
Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
Deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least one year of sales experience, preferably including cold calling.
Proficient computer skills including ability to work with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Personal Attributes:
Must have, and maintain, a positive attitude while demonstrating a passion for sports and sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask and maintain deadlines in a high-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high standards for quality; ability to keep accurate and detailed records.
Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team and results oriented environment.
Work Conditions:
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
