Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to clients, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and training and mentoring junior staff.
Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
