Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

Our agency has a long-standing legacy, first opening in 1992 and expanding to a multi-office operation in 2017. With 17 team members today, we've built a strong, experienced, and close-knit team. We offer 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and flexibility when needed, along with three to four weeks of vacation and sick time. Our office culture is fun, energetic, and built on long-term relationships

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
