The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the National Office Design team at Forvis Mazars to create visually compelling designs for advertising, brochures, publications, posters, presentations and social media graphics, ensuring consistent application of the Forvis Mazars global brand.
What You Will Do
- Works independently to understand and translate client needs, marketing strategies, and business goals into on‑brand design deliverables; facilitates alignment among stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborates with the Creative Director and other team members to ensure brand consistency across all projects, continually elevating value.
- Communicates effectively with marketers and internal clients to understand project objectives and help them achieve goals through relevant, on‑brand design solutions.
- Manages time effectively to simultaneously work on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Exhibits a desire for continuous growth and development, welcomes constructive criticism and coaching and consistently applies feedback.
- Maintains and drives adherence to the team-based process and organization; initiates self‑driven research to recommend efficiencies and solutions when needed.
- Uses resources to stay current in the industry, including brand research, concepting and Adobe software capabilities and updates, including Adobe AI features.
- Leads creative concepting and design for assigned projects and brand initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- B2B experience required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) including AI features.
- Advanced experience with branding in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (including animating content and graphics).
- Advanced experience with print and static digital design.
- Demonstrated mastery of the elements and principles of design, including layout, typography, color, visual communication, and brand systems.
- Expertise leading creative discussions independently with internal clients, offering new ideas and articulating concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple assigned projects in differing stages of completion.
- Strong, proactive communication skills to share suggestions and concerns directly, professionally, and solution‑oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
