JOB SUMMARY: A pioneering company is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team. This role involves creating and implementing design frameworks and principles across various projects to unify stakeholder visions and propel significant initiatives forward. The right candidate will leverage our Intuit design system, innovate using new and existing technologies, and design end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological possibilities on web and mobile platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Develop scalable platform solutions and frameworks to align multiple stakeholders across different teams and business units.
- Create prototypes for evaluative research and collaborate on ideal state prototypes for future development.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Operate independently, driving design decisions in partnership with stakeholders from Design, Development, Product Management, and Data/Analytics teams.
- Use facilitative leadership skills to inspire teamwork and collaboration among stakeholders, promoting a learning environment.
Must Have Skills

Industry Experience
- Experience in a tech-driven industry is preferred, with a strong emphasis on creating user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
