In this enriching role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Assist German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Support clients with their booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.
Troubleshoot any issues related to reservations and provide timely and effective solutions.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for quality assurance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues efficiently.
Stay updated on promotions, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Fluency in German (both spoken and written), with English proficiency considered a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints with empathy.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
Willingness to relocate and adapt to the Greek work environment and culture.
