Lead UI Developer

Role: Lead UI Developer
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Leading the development of high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Working with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js to build dynamic and scalable user interfaces.
3. Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that follows software engineering best practices.
4. Mentoring and guiding junior developers, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Conducting thorough code reviews, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and code optimization.
6. Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and providing recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to identify and define application requirements.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining the front end of web applications.
2. Expert knowledge of React Js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+ knowledge is a plus).
3. Experience developing solutions with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Typescript, GraphQL, and Next.js.
4. Experience with Git version control and Agile software development methodologies.
5. Experience code reviewing, leading, and mentoring junior front-end developers.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
