Digital Program Manager 5

Our client, a leading athletic footwear and apparel manufacturing company, is looking for a Digital Program Manager 5. This is for an initial duration of six months and is located at Beaverton, OR.
Duration: Six months
Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)
Global Digital Marketing Expert Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 8-10+ YOE (5 years of experience in brand, digital or social marketing)
Education requirements: Bachelors Degree highly preferred, but not required
Top 3 must have skills:
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation writing, and analytical thinking skills
Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
Nice to have skills:
Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams
Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies
Software/technical requirements:
High fluency in Keynote
Familiarity with input and project management in Air Table
Familiarity with Figma
Outlook + Slack for day-to-day communication

Collaborating closely with our Sportswear Brand partners, Creatives, and Geo Teams, we strive to push the boundaries of the digital landscape, ensuring consumer engagement both on and off our platforms.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Expert to join and lead the NSW Global Digital Marketing team. This team, comprising specialists in digital, social, and creator marketing, is responsible for developing and driving long-term consumer engagement across Client.com, the Client app, @clientsportswear, and our creator's channels.
Our most successful leaders in this field are future-thinking innovators who share a passion for sports and sport culture. They are highly creative, results-driven, and true team players.
What You'll Work On:
In this role, your primary focus will be architecting, executing, and overseeing seasonal Sportswear digital marketing plans across our owned digital platforms, social media channels, and creator partnerships.
You'll obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our target consumer.
You'll lead the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships, and experiences that will coalesce into best-in-class digital marketing plans.
You'll collaborate closely with teams across Football, Running, Basketball, SB and Energy to inspire global love and advocacy for Sportwear.
What You Bring:
8-10+ years of relevant work experience
5 years of experience in brand, digital or social marketing
Demonstrated ability of developing digital content for highly visible brands
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues
Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies
Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
