Senior Video Editor

Focused on delivering high-quality video content, the full-time Senior Video Editor will edit a high volume of performance video ads across various platforms, collaborating with creative leads and growth teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Edit performance video ads from first assembly through final delivery across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
Iterate rapidly based on performance data and creative feedback to optimize video assets
Manage an efficient editing workflow, including organizing project files and maintaining asset libraries

Required qualifications

5+ years of professional video editing experience, particularly in performance or direct-response creative
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, with familiarity in After Effects for basic motion graphics
Strong instincts for performance editing, including understanding hooks, pacing, and CTAs
Ability to deliver polished video assets independently, including basic color grading and audio mixing
Experience with AI-assisted editing tools to enhance productivity and creativity
