UI/UX Developer

To support ConductorOS UI/UX development, the remote UI/UX Developer will design and build intuitive user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop responsive front-end components for mission-focused applications.
Key responsibilities

Design intuitive user experiences for complex workflows and operational dashboards
Develop and maintain modern front-end components that support mission workflows and system health visualizations
Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate operational needs into practical interface designs and prototypes

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of UI/UX development experience
Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Ability to work in an agile development environment and collaborate closely with engineers and product teams
