Responsibilities

Generates new business in addition to managing existing business relationships. Leverage client relationships to build and grow staffing business and share in the profit of that business.

Clearly communicates with business partners and internal team to set daily and weekly priorities of work.

Accountable for the timely completion of external meetings, phone calls, and documentation.

Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential business targets.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with recruiters.

Influences hiring decisions through expertise and thorough knowledge of the talent market and candidate profiles.

Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices.

Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related administrative tasks.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to business.

Requirements and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills

MS Office computer experience

Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment that requires motivation and initiative

OTE: $130k
