Position Overview

This position manages the execution of the marketing campaign nurture strategy, building campaigns, performing analysis, and working with product managers, content and design teams to meet client performance expectations in all digital marketing channels. Ensures that campaigns launch promptly, are optimized effectively, and reported accurately and appropriately. Works with cross functional marketing team to identify opportunities and optimize media channels and nurture tracks based on customer personas and data analysis.
Responsibilities

Coordinates the creation of digital content with in-house creative team to ensure timely and accurate results.
Drives demand generation content calendar (inbound and outbound); Develops and executes the content promotion plan
Partners with Marketing Operations insight to optimize demand generation campaigns.
Leads cross functional team on development of engagement campaigns (legislation and new product launches) and manages and tracks performance on omni-channel campaigns to drive business results.
Leads cross functional team to create and develop email campaigns to prospects and customers, develop drip campaigns, and build and optimize landing pages, including content offers.
Oversees creative ad production workflow, reviewing, approving, and meeting specifications, to meet established timelines.
Develops and executes measurable integrated marketing campaigns to drive the business.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business - Required
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications - Preferred
5 years of experience in Digital marketing, demand generation, Marketing or communications.
