Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end channel expansion, including research, prioritization, launch, and iteration across various channels
Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance across full-funnel metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
Consulting background preferred, with experience structuring complex problems and communicating with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of core marketing levers and ability to apply them in diverse contexts
Quantitative analytical ability with experience working with full-funnel metrics
Experience with AI tools and a creative approach to marketing strategies
