Job Description
The Content Strategist will support the development and execution of content that elevates the Conservice brand across digital platforms. This role blends copywriting, creative ideation, and hands‑on content production to tell compelling stories that connect with our audiences, including clients, partners, industry peers, prospects, and internal Conservice stakeholders.

This is more than a writing role. The Content Strategist will help shape brand messaging, contribute to campaign direction, and bring ideas to life through social media, email, video, and web, and campaign content. This role collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure Conservice’s brand voice stays cohesive, modern, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Own day‑to‑day social media content planning and execution across platforms, including campaign support, brand storytelling, and employee advocacy initiatives.

Develop and execute social media strategies that support awareness, engagement, and marketing campaigns.

Create original social media content, including copy, visuals, and short‑form video, that reflects Conservice’s brand voice and engages target audiences.

Support the organization and creation of digital assets like website updates, blog articles, email marketing, video scripts, and other branded content initiatives.

Provide content support for events, campaigns, and brand initiatives that require strong storytelling and visual thinking.

Maintain a cohesive and evolving brand voice and visual style across channels and content types.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, leadership, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure successful project execution.

Consistent delivery of high‑quality social content that increases engagement and strengthens Conservice’s brand presence.

A clear, cohesive brand voice across social media, web content, and campaign assets.

Creative execution that supports marketing priorities, elevates storytelling, and aligns with business goals.

Strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders with content that reflects leadership priorities and campaign direction.

A steady pipeline of fresh, on‑brand visual assets, including photography and short‑form video, and blog content that supports ongoing marketing needs.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or multimedia creative roles.

Strong writing portfolio demonstrating versatility across tone, format, and audience needs.

Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts and content calendars.

Comfortable balancing big‑picture strategy with hands‑on execution across multiple deliverables.

Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, along with content scheduling and project management platforms.

Experience with photography and digital asset creation a plus.

Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO principles (preferred).
