About the role
The Territory Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling and promoting GM and/or Ford accessory solutions within assigned dealerships. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with a car allowance and cell phone allowance.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise, and support the sales of GM and/or Ford Accessories.

Achieve assigned monthly sales objectives tied to dealership targets, exceeding 100% of the assigned territory sales objective and market team objective.

Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve GM and/or Ford accessory sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities.

Develop customized displays, point‑of‑sale materials, and incentive programs to support sales within each dealership.

Provide local accessory support for divisional and dealer events.

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial sales experience, preferably with knowledge of dealership operations.

Full‑time commitment with frequent travel within the assigned geographic territory.

Proximity to the assigned territory is required.

Degree from a 4‑year college or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Demands
Driving, standing, walking, reaching/bending, endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity, exposure to varying conditions, repetitive motion, lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently. 8‑hour work shift.

Salary
Salary range: $70,000 per year, plus eligible monthly commission and additional reimbursement for car, cell phone, travel, and mileage.

Reports to: Assistant Regional Sales Manager.
