This role involves ensuring that marketing initiatives are compliant with regulations such as UDAAP and FTC guidelines. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in financial compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will review and advise on marketing content and initiatives, translating complex regulations into actionable guidance while partnering with Legal and Marketing teams.
