Associate Director of Advancement Communications is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive advancement communications and direct marketing program across a multi-campus university system.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel advancement communications and direct marketing strategies
Manage the creation and distribution of print and digital communications, ensuring brand consistency
Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
Eight to ten years of experience in direct marketing, advancement communications, or fundraising
Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Experience in higher education advancement or nonprofit fundraising is preferred
