We achieve this by focusing on four strategic objectives:Process and governanceValue add technology and agile best practicesEliminating silos to reduce redundancy and reworkFocus on throughput and usage metricsJoin our Global Marketing Operations team and take the lead in transforming content automation!As the Seismic Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert driving scalable content production, configuring dynamic templates, and collaborating across marketing, product strategy, and IT to bring our roadmap to life. You’ll work with firm systems, databases, and resources to source and maintain the quantitative and qualitative data that powers our marketing collateral. You’ll also help scale our content supply chain and support strategic integration projects. If you're passionate about project management, eager to innovate, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global environment—this is your moment!ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimize dynamic templates within the Seismic platform to support scalable content automationImplement and manage logic and rules for automated content generation, ensuring accuracy and consistencyExecute quarterly production updates including data refreshes, testing, and validationsFulfill content and logic change requests and troubleshoot issues across teamsAnalyze usage patterns and share performance insights to inform improvementsCollaborate with marketing, product strategy, and IT teams to support platform enhancements and strategic initiativesDocument business requirements and maintain training materials to support adoption of new processesManage intake requests, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects efficientlyServe as a technical subject matter expert for Seismic automation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve scalability and efficiencyPosition RequirementsExperience in asset or investment management and navigating a fast-paced, global team environmentHands-on experience with Seismic, especially in content automationStrong understanding of large data sets and complex data display needsIntermediate proficiency in SQL and ExcelFamiliarity with content and workflow management platforms and marketing technology ecosystemsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesStrong project and time management skills with attention to detail and strategic thinkingAbility to communicate confidently across functional areas and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersBachelor’s degree required2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services marketing or B2B environmentsExposure to JIRA, Red Oak, and Smartsheet a plus but not requiredCommitted to PIMCO’s values: Collaboration, Openness, Responsibility and Excellence that allow us to bring the best to our clients and each otherProfessional Skills RequirementsExceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and lead numerous ongoing initiativesFlexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, manage deadlines, and support or lead dynamic initiativesQuick learner with the ability to grasp new processes, concepts, and skillsHigh emotional intelligenceAbility to understand the big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detailProven track record of accuracy, excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skillsPIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
