VP Sales for Induction Therapies (Collagen PIN)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate and inform clients about the benefits of our products.
- Effectively address client concerns and objections.
- Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the medical aesthetics or a related industry.
- Skin Care sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
