Your Responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both project execution and team leadership. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing skill development.
• Collaborating with business development leaders to shape proposals, define project approaches, and build tailored budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Advising senior leaders across R&D, Innovation, and Marketing functions within major U.S.-based life science companies (including pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors).
• Overseeing project quality and ensuring strategic insights and recommendations meet client expectations.
• Reporting directly to the Director of the business unit.

Your Background

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific, healthcare, or business discipline.

Preferred:

• Background in the life sciences sector.
• Prior experience managing complex projects or consulting engagements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of organization, planning, and strategic thinking.
• A drive for excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and intellectually rigorous environment.
• Genuine interest in healthcare innovation, marketing strategy, emerging technologies, and new business models.
