Make your impact leading a high-performing regional field team in uro‑oncology. We’re seeking an Area Business Director (Director of Regional Sales equivalent) to set strategic and tactical direction, build clinical conviction, and deliver revenue results across an assigned geography.
Deliver revenue across LUGPA clinics, academic centers, and IDN hospitals treating NMIBC.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coach Uro Oncology Business Managers; ensure sharp product knowledge, market acumen, and compliant execution.
- Build/execute area business plans; translate marketing strategy into field results.
- Align forecasts, quotas, and incentives; remove adoption barriers (including Buy & Bill).
- Provide clear GPO/reimbursement resources; use data to optimize tactics in real time.
- Develop key customer relationships and partner cross-functionally on launch execution.
- Uphold rigorous compliance; manage the area budget.
What you bring
- 10+ years commercial pharma/biotech/healthcare (specialty therapeutics preferred).
- 4+ years leading field teams; 4+ years in urological oncology/urology.
- Startup/high-growth success; deep knowledge of regional influencers and treatment pathways.
