Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Requirements Analyst supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I).
NEC serves as the primary enterprise systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical authority for the NC3 Enterprise within the Department of War. As the lead NC3 Systems Engineering Enterprise Center, it applies current best practices and translates mission and operational requirements into effective technical specifications and solutions.
This is a full-time position at Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities

Performing systems analysis to determine functional requirements.
Providing technical support for integration tasks, including review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards.
Working on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis.
Performing functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
Advise the Government on continuous improvement recommendations for evaluating the merits of new NC3 capabilities.
Assessing new technologies and innovations to develop technical recommendations that ensure the integrity and continuity of operations supporting evolving NC3/National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) requirements.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience:
Citizenship:

Must be a US citizen

Clearance:

Must have a minimum of a TS with ability to obtain SCI eligibility at time of application

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Years of Experience:

5 years of experience (5 years with degree)
Working complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis to provide solutions
Analyzing user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements
Performing functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships Providing technical support for software development and integration tasks, including review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards
Additional Experience:
NC3 experience
Configuration Management / Configuration Change experience
