Salary Range: $78,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

Working in a global matrix organization, the Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and stewarding Nokian Tyres’ brand strategy across North America. This role ensures consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints while supporting business objectives, product launches, and long-term brand equity growth.

The Brand Manager collaborates closely with regional and global marketing teams, product management, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders to bring integrated brand campaigns to market. He/She will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance metrics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and strengthen Nokian Tyres’ differentiation in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Nokian Tyres brand strategy in North America, ensuring alignment with global brand direction while addressing regional market needs.

Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and consumer touchpoints.

Partner with Product and Sales teams to support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial initiatives.

Manage external agencies and vendors, including briefing, feedback, timelines, and budget oversight.

Analyze brand health metrics, campaign performance, and consumer insights to guide optimization and strategic decision‑making.

Partner with global team to build content strategy according to brand guidelines and NA market needs across social, retail, and experiential channels.

Utilize Nokian Tyres partners across retail, sports, ecomm and beyond to build campaigns that build awareness and drive sales.

Collaborate with global marketing teams to share best practices, insights, and campaign learnings.

Lead a team of two direct reports, fostering teamwork and growth.

Uphold Nokian Tyres’ mission and values and demonstrate supporting behaviors in day‑to‑day actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA a plus.

6+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or consumer marketing roles.

Proven experience developing and executing integrated brand campaigns.

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with agencies and managing marketing budgets.

Sponsorship management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with SEO/GEO content creation best practices.

Proficient with MS‑Office application suite, including Co-Pilot (or other AI software)

Ability to travel up to 15%.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada. This position will not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
