Requirements
3-6 years of experience in traditional advertising/marketing copywriting

Within SaaS, B2B tech, or martech industries. *Not mandatory, but helpful!

Equally helpful would be a traditional Ad Copywriter with Agency Experience

Strong [advertising] portfolio showcasing a range of marketing copy, from short-form ads to long-form thought leadership

Ability to distill technical concepts into interesting, audience-friendly copy

Experience with SEO, CRO, and performance marketing tactics is not mandatory, but a nice-to-have

Unparalleled attention to detail, other-worldly creativity, and a self-starter mentality so that you can take direction and run with it

About the Role - Marketing Copywriter (Mid to Senior-Level) Creative Marketing Team

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Marketing Copywriter to join our small but growing Creative Marketing team and help craft messaging that captivates audiences, converts into demo requests and sales, and elevates our brand awareness and industry credibility

As an in-house Creative Team, we mostly work on B2B marketing communications for purposes such as, but not limited to: Brand Campaigns, Events Signage, Marketing Emails, Display Ads, Internal and External Newsletters, Hype Videos, Sales Presentations, Social Media Marketing Content (both Organic and Paid), Naming exercises for internal initiatives, Webinar Landing Pages, Company Website copy updates, and more

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Designers, Strategists, and Marketing Leaders to create persuasive, on-brand messaging that fuels growth; while reporting directly to our Associate Creative Director with plenty of access to our team’s Executive Creative Director

Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for digital marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and ad creatives

Ask the right questions to ensure your assignments are on-point with the appropriate objectives that serve the aspirations of the company

Ideate on everything from Event Themes to Brand Campaigns

Translate complex martech concepts into digestible, engaging messaging that resonates with our target audiences

Partner with Designers, Growth Marketers, and Brand Strategists to develop cohesive campaigns

Optimize copy for performance, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine messaging strategies

Contribute to brand voice development, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor messaging to keep our content fresh and impactful
