Position Overview
Integrated Marketing & Content Specialist supports day‑to‑day marketing execution for a diverse mix of clients. This role blends strategy, creativity, and organization — you’ll help plan and execute campaigns, create content, and keep projects moving across social media, email, web, and more.
You’ll work closely with the founder and our extended partner network to bring campaigns to life and ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and excited about their marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Plan, write, and schedule social media content (organic + paid) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Draft engaging copy for posts, ads, landing pages, and basic blog content.
Coordinate and organize photo/video content for use across channels (with designers, photographers, and videographers).
Monitor social channels for engagement, comments, and messages and help draft professional, on‑brand responses.
Integrated Marketing Support
Assist in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
Help with email marketing: content outlines, copy, basic layout, and deployment using email platforms.
Support website updates in collaboration with web designers (content changes, basic edits, asset organization).
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets between clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Project Coordination & Client Support
Help manage project timelines, deadlines, and task lists to keep campaigns on track.
Prepare recaps, light reporting, and meeting notes for client check‑ins.
Assist with brainstorming sessions, campaign concepts, and creative angles.
Support event‑related marketing needs (social promotion, email campaigns, simple collateral, etc.).
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related role (agency experience is a plus but not required).
Strong writing skills with a knack for clear, engaging, on‑brand copy.
Comfortable working across multiple clients and industries at once.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic scheduling tools.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to “jump in” where needed.
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light design work.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Basic understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or SEO.
