Job Description
Special Event Management is hiring reliable event setup crew members for a multi‑day trade show in Reno, NV. This is hands‑on, physical event work setting up a ballroom for a large expo.

Duties

Building pipe and drape

Installing visqueen (plastic floor protection so vehicles can drive inside)

Setting up and arranging booths

Setting tables (approx. 100+) and chairs

General event setup and strike

This is temporary project‑based work with opportunity for future events.

Requirements

Must be reliable and show up on time

Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Experience with event setup, warehouse, construction, or trade shows preferred

Steel‑toe boots required

Must wear black pants

Basic tools are a plus
