We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Social Media Intern to support day‑to‑day community engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This role offers hands‑on experience in social media, driving engagement across our online communities and real‑time interaction through content creation, comment and direct message management, trend monitoring, and performance reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Engage with social communities by liking, commenting, and responding to mentions, comments, and direct messages in a timely, brand‑appropriate manner.
Support content calendars, post scheduling, outreach, and day‑to‑day community management while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Monitor trends, platform updates, and conversations to keep content timely and relevant.
Track social and community performance metrics, including engagement, reach, response activity, and audience insights.
Maintain dashboards and compile reports that inform future content and community strategy.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support integrated campaigns and day‑to‑day execution.
Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices.
Support influencer outreach, creator coordination, and community‑facing activations that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Assist with content calendars, campaign timelines, and creative assets.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Basic understanding of creative and marketing tools, video editing, and analytics platforms (Canva, Adobe Express, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
