Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI for EG Advertising
We design cutting‑edge technology to make travel smoother and more memorable. The Product Management team establishes a compelling product vision, drives us toward scale, and ensures the continued evolution and sustainability of a diverse portfolio of media and performance products.

Introduction to the Team
Within the EG Advertising portfolio, you will be part of the team responsible for Vrbo Sponsored Listings – a net‑new ads business line that helps property managers and partners reach high‑intent travelers through performance‑based placements.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the vision and strategy for Vrbo Sponsored Listings as an end‑to‑end advertising product and marketplace, aligning outcomes and KPIs to a clear, data‑driven roadmap from MVP through global scale.

Design, validate, and iterate on monetization and auction strategies, including CPA bidding models, conversion tracking and attribution, optimization and transparency for advertisers, and safeguards to protect marketplace health and traveler experience.

Lead the definition and delivery of advertiser and partner experiences, including AI‑driven agentic workflows, campaign creation and management, budgeting and pacing, performance insights, and recommendations that help partners succeed across multiple channels and use cases.

Drive the platform, systems, and API integrations needed to scale Sponsored Listings across Vrbo and partner ecosystems, including connectivity providers, internal account/attribution/reporting services, and internal tooling for sales, operations, and partner success teams.

Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Go‑to‑Market teams to define clear product requirements, participate in technical reviews, manage trade‑offs, and ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned to profitability targets.

Use qualitative and quantitative insights, experimentation, cohort analysis, and win–loss assessments to measure and optimize product performance, improve advertiser outcomes and traveler journeys, and safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in advertising technology, SaaS platforms, or data‑driven products.

Substantial professional experience in digital product management, including owning product roadmaps, requirements, and delivery for complex, data‑ and API‑driven products or platforms.

Demonstrated ownership of a product or product area end‑to‑end, from strategy and requirements through launch, measurement, and iteration, working across multiple stakeholder groups and functions.

Proven ability to define, interpret, and act on product metrics and KPIs using data analysis and experimentation to inform roadmap decisions and assess product performance.

Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real‑world products, including collaborating with engineering and data teams to integrate such capabilities responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or scaling marketplace, ads, or performance‑based products (such as sponsored listings or auction‑based placements), including hands‑on work with bidding, pricing, or optimization models.

Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption, including leading cross‑functional go‑to‑market efforts, partner change management, and post‑launch optimization for advertiser or partner value.

Background working with platform and integration‑heavy products, including APIs, connectivity providers, and internal tooling, with a track record of driving architecture and system design discussions toward scalable, low‑debt solutions.

Experience applying experimentation frameworks, cohort analysis, and qualitative research to inform monetization, auction, or marketplace decisions at scale, while maintaining a healthy traveler and partner experience.

Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world ad or marketplace products, including safely integrating and operating AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve advertiser performance, automation, and decisioning.
