Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support a collaborative media marketing team in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus heavily on scheduling, meeting coordination, team communication, expense management, and general marketing support.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
Coordinate conference rooms, attendees, and team communications
Process expense reports and support administrative tasks
Assist with presentations, campaign memos, and marketing materials
Support marketing initiatives, events, and brand awareness projects
Help manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
1+ years of marketing, coordination, or administrative experience
Media/entertainment industry experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
