About Our Team
We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications leader to shape how Lenovo's AI ecosystem – including Qira – is understood, adopted, and championed by employees globally. This role goes beyond communications. The mission is to turn employees into informed, confident ambassadors of our AI products, strategy, and vision.
You will own and evolve the systems, channels, and rhythms that keep teams aligned, informed, and inspired – connecting product innovation to employee understanding, and internal clarity to external credibility. You will partner across Product, People, GTM, Brand, and Corporate Communications to deliver clear, timely, and trustworthy communication that scales across Lenovo and Motorola organizations.
