Automotive Photographer – Part Time
Schedule: 3 days per week (MWF), until work is completed.

Route: Santa Cruz and surrounding areas.

Pay: $24.00+ per hour. (Hourly pay is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout. Heavier workloads may provide additional opportunities to assist in Salinas, Monterey, or San Jose, depending on your location.)

About The Role
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a part-time Automotive Dealership Photographer to capture high‑quality photos, spins, and videos of dealership vehicles using a company‑issued iPhone.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll stage vehicles, photograph them, and coordinate with dealership staff to ensure everything is ready to shoot.

No prior photography experience required – paid training is provided!

What We’re Looking For

Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Are comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required)

Can work outdoors and handle physical tasks

Communicate clearly and solve problems independently

Provide excellent customer service

Stay motivated in an independent work environment

Are eager to learn dealership and automotive photography

Job Responsibilities

Use your own vehicle to follow your assigned schedule and visit dealerships

Capture photos, spins, and videos using a company‑provided iPhone and app

Locate vehicle keys and move vehicles to staging areas

Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicles that are unavailable or not ready

Requirements

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Manual transmission experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Customer‑service oriented and proactive

Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions

Comfortable with smartphone technology

Pre‑employment drug screen and background check
