Senior Relationship Manager - Core Institutional

This position is within the Coverage Core Institutional team and is responsible for acquiring new institutional clients and increasing revenue from existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

Acquire new institutional clients and grow the client base.

Identify and capture revenue opportunities with existing clients.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional asset owners and their consultants, primarily focusing on pensions, endowments, and foundations in the central U.S.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver investment solutions.

Travel as required to meet clients.

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of client coverage experience in the asset‑management industry.

Strong communication skills with credibility at senior levels.

Self‑motivated, capable of working independently, and highly organized.

Experience working with institutional asset owners and their advisors.

Knowledge of investment products, industry regulations, and investor demand.

Holding of Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials a plus).

The salary range for this position in Chicago is $146,000 to $255,000, and compensation may include incentive components.
