Senior Ticket Sales Representative - San Diego State University

THE ROLE
Ticket Sales team is primarily responsible for selling season, partial, and group ticket packages. The Senior Ticket Sales Representative will work under the guidance of the Manager of Sales and must be self‑motivated and positive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations, and closing sales.

Selling a full menu of ticket packages, including premium, full seasons, partial plans, and groups.

Setting and conducting out‑of‑office and in‑person sales appointments.

Working non‑traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days.

Being accountable for activity levels (calls made/appointments set) and meeting sales goals.

Displaying an optimistic, team‑first attitude and a competitive desire to be the best.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C‑level clients.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.

Practice safe work habits and comply with safety policies, training, and regulations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Minimum 2‑3 years of prior sales experience with B2B knowledge preferred.

COMPENSATION
Competitive pay ($23.00 – $25.00) and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
