An established and growing senior living organization is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to join an exceptional leadership team within a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about helping seniors and families navigate important life transitions. The ideal candidate brings energy, professionalism, creativity, and a proven ability to build meaningful community relationships while driving occupancy growth.

What You’ll Do:
Drive occupancy growth through community outreach, networking, and relationship development

Build and maintain partnerships with physicians, senior service providers, local organizations, placement agencies, and community referral sources

Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making and move-in process

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach strategies

Represent a highly respected senior living community known for exceptional resident care and customer service

Collaborate with leadership to support ongoing community growth and success

Qualifications:
2–3 years of sales and marketing experience within Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care

Proven ability to build referral relationships and generate move-ins

Strong communication, networking, follow-up, and organizational skills

Passion for senior living and delivering an exceptional family experience
