Pay Range :- $27.90- $29.50/hr.

Contract Duration:- 7 months

Position Overview

The Promotions Specialist will support a Partnership Marketing & Promotions team focused on developing and executing collaborative marketing programs with external media, retail, broadcast, and synergy partners. Programs may include live broadcasts, media promotions, regional and national retail campaigns, sweepstakes, and partnership initiatives across entertainment and consumer brands.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a passion for entertainment, marketing, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare pitch sheets and proposals for partner initiatives

Create presentations and recap presentations for Promotions Managers

Prepare contracts based on negotiated partner agreements

Prepare Contract Summary (CSS) forms

Follow up on executed contracts with partners

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including:

Brand Strategy

CRM

Public Relations/Public Affairs

Social & Digital Marketing

Corporate Alliance

Operations

Consumer Products Commercial

Synergy teams

Assist with media remotes and event coordination

Support planning and production logistics with special events and operations teams

Provide cross-functional support for promotional programs and campaigns

Required Qualifications

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Experience interacting with agencies, partners, and media

Understanding of creative execution and consumer insights

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Passion for entertainment, travel, media, and consumer marketing

Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of promotions, marketing, or related experience

Background in marketing, advertising, business affairs, or broadcast communications

Knowledge of video production and new media

Spanish language proficiency (spoken and written)

Previous entertainment or media industry experience

Strong initiative with willingness to learn and grow

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required
