Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing (50 percent)
• Manage all social media posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, working from the content Brad provides
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that keeps Brad's community-focused brand consistent and engaging
• Create simple, authentic graphics and captions using Canva and basic design tools (think boots and trucks, not corporate polish)
• Monitor comments, respond to community interactions, and build relationships with followers
• Coordinate monthly content capture sessions with Brad — organize photo and video assets for the month ahead
• Manage Brad's Google Business Profile, track review responses, and maintain local listings
• Test new social features and identify what's actually driving engagement and client leads
• Report monthly on metrics: engagement, reach, follower growth, and which content is converting clients
Administrative & Transaction Support (50 percent)
• Schedule appointments, manage Brad's calendar, and coordinate logistics with clients
• Organize and maintain transaction files, CRM systems, and databases
• Assist with transaction paperwork, track deadlines, and manage follow-up
• Input lead data, track client information, and monitor the ROI of marketing eAorts
• Handle email, phone calls, and day-to-day client communication
• Support special projects, events, and business initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, to drive brand engagement.
• Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with brand goals and community interests.
• Proficiency in using Canva and basic design tools to create authentic graphics and captions.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate content capture sessions and manage photo and video assets.
• Experience in organizing and maintaining transaction files, CRM systems, and databases.
• Ability to assist with transaction paperwork, track deadlines, and manage follow-up efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for handling email, phone calls, and day-to-day client interactions with professionalism and warmth.
