Role Description
The Sales Manager role at CLAY COOLEY HYUNDAI MESQUITE is a full-time, on-site position based in Texas, United States. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and work to achieve dealership sales goals. Qualifications

Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and motivating sales teams

Strong sales and negotiation expertise, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, dealership operations, and market dynamics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members

Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and analyzing market data

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused environment

Prior experience in automotive sales management or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
