Are you ready to lead international corporate development initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive M&A strategy, target identification, and transaction execution. This role involves financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring, ensuring strategic fit and synergy aligned with our enterprise priorities.

Located in the vibrant Summit, NJ, our office offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Summit boasts a welcoming community, excellent schools, and easy access to New York City, making it a fantastic place to work and live.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead M&A strategy, target identification, and transaction execution (buy/sell, JV, minority).

Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

Assess strategic fit and synergy aligned with enterprise priorities.

Facilitate executive and Board-level communication and decision support.

Lead cross-functional diligence, integration, and separation.

Drive post-merger value capture, integration governance, and performance tracking.

Manage external relationships with bankers, investors, legal, and PE firms.

Requirements:

10 years of experience in corporate development or related fields.

Bachelor's degree required.

Preferences:

Experience in international corporate development.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
