We're looking for a product marketer with a passion for how new creative products and AI technologies will shape the future of creativity.

This role within the Firefly product marketing team focused on outbound marketing to individuals will focus on evergreen marketing.

This role offers an outstanding chance to work on innovative projects that have a real impact on our customers and the industry at large.

What You'll Do:

Develop Evergreen Strategies

– create an always-on marketing strategy that highlights the core Firefly value props, use cases, and acquisition messages that contribute toward north-star KPIs such as traffic and trial. Scale your strategy

across marketing channels.

Cross-functional Collaboration

– coordinate with marketing channel teams such as Social, Performance Media, Search, SEO, and Influencer to execute evergreen briefings and facilitate content reviews.

Message & Creative Testing

– conduct regular reviews of evergreen messaging by testing a variety of messages across marketing channels (paid social, email, paid search, etc.) to surface insights on top performers contributing to business KPIs.

Research & Insights

– partner with internal Research and Inbound Marketing teams to collect top Firefly use cases and offers/promotions that can be highlighted in outbound efforts.

Subject Matter Expertise

– Develop expertise in the Firefly product and user experience. You'll know how Firefly works in and out and its monetization structure, so you can easily translate it to external messaging for acquiring new users.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in product marketing, advertising, integrated marketing, or related roles.

Experience in tech, creative products and tools, and/or generative AI is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative judgment. Comfortable providing constructive feedback to cross-functional stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas or product information effectively and clearly to diverse audiences.

Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data and customer insights to inform decision making.

Passionate about emerging creative AI technologies and knowledgeable about the generative AI landscape.

BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or related field.
