Digital Production Designer – Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
Produce and build email marketing campaigns, including layout, asset preparation, and final production. Create ads for paid and organic social channels using campaign assets and adapt creative into multiple sizes and formats following digital best practices and platform standards. Create digital assets for e‑commerce such as banners, landing pages, and product pages. Adapt creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and devices. Edit, trim, resize, and optimize existing video content for use across paid ads, organic social, and other digital marketing channels.

Photo & Asset Management

Perform photo retouching, resizing, and optimization for digital use while maintaining an organized photo asset library.

Organize, manage, and maintain digital asset libraries, including file naming conventions and version control.

Brand Systems & Consistency

Follow brand and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Create, document, and maintain style guides as the brand evolves.

Quality Control

Collaborate with key leadership, associate art director, designers, marketers, project managers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.

Maintain a high standard of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all production work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Production Design, or equivalent professional experience.

2+ years of professional experience in digital production design or graphic design.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects) with strong Photoshop skills.

Strong visual design language, typography, and layout skills.

Proven experience working within and enforcing brand systems and style guides.

Expert in digital media; knowledge of print media is a plus.

Familiarity with digital performance considerations, including responsiveness, file optimization, and accessibility.

Working knowledge of simple HTML, CSS, and front‑end web design.

Soft Skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to QA copy within designs before final production.

Highly organized with strong asset management, version control, and workflow best practices.

Production‑focused mindset that values precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.

Experience with lifestyle, apparel, sports, or heritage brands.

Experience working with email marketing platforms, including Klaviyo, and web platforms such as Shopify.

Experience with printed media such as catalogs and mailers, and familiarity with the print production process.

Warehouse Shipping Associate – Pay: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities include receiving, pulling, order preparation, packing, and general warehouse duties.

Accurately check in all merchandise and material entering the warehouse according to cutsheets and/or packing lists.

Efficiently and safely stage all received merchandise in appropriate areas.

Accurately pull garments from warehouses to fulfill pick ticket orders.

Ensure items are properly labeled and tagged according to customer request standards before packing; return items to appropriate areas immediately.

Steaming, tagging, folding, and/or bagging garments for orders.

Effectively quality check garments before preparing them for shipment.

Perform any necessary additional steps required by customers (e.g., additional stickering or labeling). Return items to appropriate areas.

Efficiently scan and pack all orders accurately while meeting changing deadlines.

Neatly pack bagged garments for shipping according to standards.

Accurately input order information to computer and print shipping labels.

Weigh and attach appropriate postage to all outgoing orders.

Receive all incoming mail (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

Maintain effective communication with the Shipping Manager regarding order issues, missing or excess goods, damaged items, pending shipments, etc.

Ensure goods are protected and kept clean and dry.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, especially assigned sections.

Assist team members with workloads as needed.

Assist in completing and maintaining physical inventory.

Proactively assist and perform various warehouse duties as directed by the Shipping Manager.

Operate company vehicles to conduct product deliveries and pickups as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license.

Clean driving abstract.

Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Demonstrates ability to be efficient, accurate, and detail oriented.

Cleaning Associate – Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities include general cleaning, maintenance, and event support.

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

Gather and empty trash daily from all receptacles into outside dumpster.

Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, walls, machines, and equipment.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

Proactively request supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

Trim shrubbery using hand trimmers and clear debris from grounds.

Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, etc., to prepare facilities for events such as banquets or meetings.

Conduct small repairs and maintenance work around the facility as directed by the VP of Operations.

Support Shipping Department with folding, bagging, tagging, etc., when needed.

Assist other departments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, reaching overhead, and handling of materials.

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Ability to lift and pull/push up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to effectively multi‑task and manage time.

Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor.

Ability to follow directions given verbally and in writing.

Assistant Store Manager – Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Multi‑Store Manager in driving profitable sales and providing an elevated brand‑right shopping experience. The ASM’s responsibilities include sales leadership, business ownership, staffing and associate development, operational excellence, and store standards and visual guidelines. The ASM assists in recruiting, training, team development, and maintaining adequate store staffing.

Sales Leadership

Creates an elevated sales and customer service environment where engagement is the priority.

Assists management in achieving store and company sales targets and other key performance indicators.

Sets and evaluates daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual objectives for the team in partnership with direct reports.

Business Ownership

Forecasts sales trends and market activities and schedules adequate floor coverage for proper conversion.

Oversees inventory processes to ensure accuracy – including in‑store replenishment practices, receiving procedures, returns to vendor, processing damages, and cycle counts.

Staffing and Associate Development

Fosters a positive work environment and encourages individuals who are passionate, forward‑thinking, and not afraid to act as change agents.

Administers company HR programs including recruitment, performance reviews, compensation, employment practices, and employment records.

Ensures associates are trained and coached on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service expectations to support the brand experience and requests additional training assistance as needed.

Operational Excellence

Effectively manages store payroll by adhering to wage cost guidelines and coordinating the store schedule.

Executes and oversees all in‑store practices as directed by the Retail Office and direct management.

Protects company assets including inventory, cash banks, and facilities; ensures maintenance and basic store upkeep.

Store Standards and Visual Guidelines

Executes floor‑set, promotional, and visual merchandising directives.

Supervises overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom; utilizes company tools to ensure staff accountability.

Ensures store appearance and atmosphere supports and reinforces the brand image.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years retail sales experience including opening/closing, scheduling, and supervision.

Represents the fashion and style image of TR RETAIL, LLC.

Ability to foster teamwork and build relationships with customers and team.

Ability to retain and utilize data (e.g., names, merchandise, information, policies, and procedures).
