Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Possession of a valid P&C insurance license in the State of Mississippi

Possession of a valid Life and Health license in the State of Mississippi

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Prior insurance industry experience

Experience with outbound sales or lead generation

Bilingual communication skills

Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and underwriting basics.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
