What You’ll Do:
Conduct roof inspections and provide tailored solutions

(must be physically able to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs — training provided)
Present estimates and help homeowners make informed decisions
Guide clients from first contact through project completion while maintaining strong relationships
Generate and manage leads, including canvassing and consistent follow-ups
Maintain accurate documentation using tools like CompanyCam and JobNimbus (CRM)
Collaborate with a supportive team, participate in regular meetings, and contribute to shared goals
Consistently report results and sales activity
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Focused on excellence and delivering results
Willingness to learn, grow, and be the best at what you do
Clean and valid U.S. driver’s license
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available full-time (Monday–Friday, plus Saturdays as needed)
English required; Spanish is a plus
Drug-free and able to pass a background check
What You’ll Get:
Base salary of

$36,000/year
In addition a high commission structure

(top earners make $80K–$200K+)
