Sales & Marketing Director – Assisted Living Community

Are you passionate about helping seniors and families navigate one of life’s most important decisions? Our assisted living community is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to join our leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections within the community while guiding prospective residents and families through the discovery and move-in process with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families
- Conduct tours and guide families through the decision-making process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, physicians, and community organizations
- Coordinate outreach efforts, networking events, and community partnerships
- Manage inquiry follow-up from first contact through move-in
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a positive resident experience
- Maintain occupancy goals while representing the community with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, admissions, or related sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable networking and developing professional referral relationships
- Compassionate, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
