Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic territory plans
Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
Identify and penetrate new accounts while expanding existing business
Provide product education and support to clinical stakeholders
Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and analytics tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support territory success
Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or medical sales experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, or related)
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (including occasional overnight travel)
Based in or willing to relocate to Little Rock, AR
Preferred but not required:
Cardiology or cardiovascular sales experience
Experience selling into hospital or physician office settings
