Sr. React / Next.js Developer

Location:

Charlotte, NC (preferred) / Remote

We're seeking a senior React and Next.js developer to build high-performance, scalable web applications for a telecom platform. This role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences, optimizing front-end performance, and integrating with complex, real-time backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive, accessible UIs using

React.js and Next.js

Integrate with telecom back-end systems and third-party platforms via

REST/GraphQL APIs

Optimize performance using

SSR, SSG, caching, and code splitting

Maintain high code quality through best practices and code reviews

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams

Troubleshoot UI and performance issues

Ensure compliance with telecom data privacy and governance standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years

front-end experience with strong

React.js and Next.js

expertise

Proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Experience with

state management

(Redux, Context, etc.) and

UI frameworks

(Tailwind, MUI)

Hands-on experience integrating

REST and GraphQL APIs

Familiarity with

Git, Webpack, and testing frameworks

(Jest, Cypress)

Agile experience and strong communication skills
