The Role
We're looking for a bilingual closer with a hunter mindset to own the Southern California market. You'll run the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — and build trusted, long-term relationships with high-expectation families.
Own pipeline generation: community events, referrals, school and parent networks

Lead high-touch consultations with parents on U.S. vs. U.K. pathways

Manage CRM, forecasts, and follow-through across a multi-month sales cycle

Partner with counseling and leadership teams on client experience

Who You Are
Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)

5+ years in sales or business development

Proven pipeline builder — you create opportunities, not just respond to them

Consultative and relationship-driven, not transactional

Comfortable with ambiguity and longer sales cycles

High ownership mindset with a bias toward action

Base Salary
$65,000 – $80,000
Performance Bonus

Total OTE
$130,000 – $150,000
