Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead the design and development of React-based applications following industry best practices and coding standards.

Define and evolve front-end architecture, including component strategy and performance optimization approaches.

Own technical decisions related to UI architecture and scalability.

Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and DevOps teams to drive end-to-end feature delivery.

Support release activities and ensure application stability in production environments.

"

Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience leading React.js front-end development.

Proven expertise in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and component design.

Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
