Overview

A fast-paced media and advertising organization is seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Campaign Operations Coordinator to support campaign execution, reporting, and operational support for high-volume advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys working with data, and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once.

Candidates with experience in digital advertising, media operations, campaign coordination, or linear advertising environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Review advertising campaigns prior to launch to ensure campaign details, impression goals, CPMs, targeting, and creative assets are accurate and ready for deployment

Monitor campaign pacing and performance after launch to support optimization efforts and ensure delivery goals are achieved

Coordinate makegood requests by partnering with internal teams to validate inventory availability and prepare client-facing materials

Create campaign recap presentations and reporting summaries for internal stakeholders and external partners

Generate daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting related to campaign performance and revenue tracking

Maintain accurate records and support operational workflows in a fast-paced environment

Communicate effectively across multiple departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently

Required Qualifications

Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including working with large data sets, formulas, filtering, and reporting

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze reporting data and identify discrepancies or trends

Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital advertising and/or linear advertising campaigns

Background in media, marketing, advertising operations, or campaign coordination

Experience creating client-facing reporting or presentation recaps

Familiarity with campaign pacing, impressions, CPMs, or ad operations terminology is a plus
