We are seeking a motivated

Agency Service Manager

for our fast-growing South Topeka office. A successful candidate will provide leadership within the office and in collaboration with our North Topeka Office and Virtual Teams to oversee customer engagement, and support marketing and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office and also in collaboration with the overall Agency.
Manage & Support customer service needs to ensure a Remarkable Customer Experience for all.
Support Agency team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
Develop and manage office service and support team, track metrics, and report progress.
Coordinate team communication to maintain efficient workflows and processes.
Facilitate customer account reviews, manage policy updates, address billing inquiries, and submit applications.
Contribute to Agency Marketing, Community Engagement, & Customer Outreach Initiatives.
Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and processes across multiple platforms.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Five (5) Plus Years of State Farm Agency and/or Business Office Management experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses and pass a background check.
